When an inventor discovers any innovative product, then patent of the discovery is mandatory to prevent misuse and exploitation of the product. Patent is an exclusive right which is conferred by the Government to an inventor. When patent of the product is done, then inventor gets exclusive right, and no one can use that product/ discovery without his/her permission. Following are the significance of patent:
